Refused in Poland!
Refused, one of the most important European hardcore-punk bands, is coming to Poland for only one concert! The Swedish group will perform on September 23 in club Proxima in Warsaw. Tickets on sale now at alterart.pl.
The group was founded in 1991 and is considered as one of the most influential punk bands in history. A wide range of artists such as Linkin Park, Rise Against, Steve Aoki, Paramore, The Dillinger Escape Plan and Blink-182 expressed their inspiration with Refused music. And their third album "The Shape of Punk to Come" (1998) was considered as a milestone for the new generation of punk artists of the 21st century. After a long break, the band reunited in 2012, and in 2015 they released the long-awaited new record "Freedom".
In October last year, their fifth album "War Music" was released and quickly gained the recognition of critics and fans of the genre. Strong, uncompromising sound, which is the trademark of the group, is also ubiquitous on the latest release. "We've been trying to make this record since we started, and it feels like we finally cracked the code”, said the band. Refused music will also be featured on the "Cyberpunk 2077" soundtrack, one of the most anticipated games of the year.
